STRADCS provides the unvarnished truth in its verification and validation reporting. We are structurally independent of all executing parties and hold no financial interest in any contracting outcome.
We identify structural risks — including conflicts of interest, misaligned incentives, and accountability gaps — before they become program problems. We surface findings factually and without attribution. Our role is assurance, not audit. Our presence makes every organization in the program enterprise more confident — not more exposed.
STRADCS operates within existing U.S. Government FMS statutory and regulatory frameworks and coordinates directly with implementing agencies and program offices in accordance with applicable FMS regulations.
